Taipei, Taiwan, June 28, 2010- AVer INFORMATION Inc., the leading provider of award winning surveillance technology, announced today that its NVRs- the NV, NX, NXU, XR, and SA Series are now fully comply with ONVIF interface in promoting interoperability of IP security devices.
The success of this compliance through self-declaration scheme under which AVer NVRs claimed the conformance with ONVIF specifications, test tools, and formal conformance process, has increased the scalability of its products with that of other IP camera (network camera) manufacturers.
Being one of the few DVR/ NVR manufacturers passed the ONVIF conformance process, AVer has devoted much of the resources and technologies in developing the next generation NVRs/DVRs that are widely compatible, not only with other ONVIF IP security devices, but also IP cameras (network cameras) from all major IP camera (network camera) manufacturers through the complimentary IP cameras (network cameras) integration program.
AVer conformant products have been standardized, under ONVIF requirements, in critical specifications such as Real Time Viewing, Media Configuration, Device Management, and Device Discovery. They allow smooth integration between the DVRs/NVRs and IP cameras (network cameras) in selecting types of codec, adjusting resolution and FPS, firmware renewal, and automatically search and default IP cameras (network cameras) in LAN environment.
Combining the effort of standardized interface of IP security devices with ONVIF, offering complimentary IP Cam integration, and taking stability of its products and “mission critical” specifications seriously, AVer has relentlessly providing its clients with a cost-effective and flexible solution, increasing the interoperability of AVer products with other brands through simplifying installation and reaching out to potential customers and project requirements.
