Taipei, Taiwan – February 10, 2015 – AVer unveils the latest upgrade to its visualizer lineup, the AVerVision U50 USB visualizer. The U50 combines the high quality of all AVer visualizers with several thoughtful new features that guarantee high value for money and provide greater convenience than ever before.
The U50 is distinguished by its ability to draw power and display images of up to 2592 x 1944 pixels through a simple USB connection to a personal computer, eliminating the need for tangles of wires. It features a 5-megapixel camera mounted on a sturdy flexible gooseneck arm, allowing presenters to show audiences vivid, detailed images of virtually any side of an object. In addition, its A3 landscape shooting area ensures audiences can get the whole view of an object at one time, without the presenter having to make adjustments mid-presentation. These powerful features are packed into a light, compact device that can be simply folded up and stored in a small shelf or drawer and carried between classrooms or auditoriums using its built-in handle. Moreover, the U50’s three USB ports allow it to act as a USB hub, linking the user’s computer, mouse and interactive whiteboard.
In addition to using the U50 for live presentations, teachers can also record videos and images and upload them onto the cloud for students to view outside class via AVer’s complementary A+ Suite visualizer software, thereby integrating the U50 into the Internet of Things. The U50 also contains a built-in microphone, allowing users to turn it into a handy, high-quality webcam that can be easily adjusted to display people or objects.
With its user-friendly design and advanced features, the U50 offers more value for money than ever before, bringing the ability to effortlessly create engaging classes or presentations to even more teachers and students.
