Can I leave the microphone in the cradle on the Table Hub during a call?
It is not recommended to place the microphone anywhere on the Table Hub during a call. This is especially true if you are using the Table Hub‘s embedded speaker as an audio output. Does SVC series support two or more microphones?

Can I disable the echo cancellation feature?
If there is 3rd party audio device is connected through Audio In, echo cancellation could be disabled at “MIC input source” option. Under “Settings”, “Video / Audio” and “Microphone” menu, choose “AUDIO IN without AEC” to disable echo cancellation. Using default MIC in is not able to disable echo cancellation. Does SVC series support external speakers?

Why isn’t there any audio during the call?
Check that the relevant microphones are not muted and/or adjust the volume of your speaker. If you have attached an external speaker, please check that it is properly connected to the system. Need more help? »» Contact us

Please try to unplug and replug the microphone cables completely.
