How can I solve the echo problem when I use Skype®?
CC30 has echo cancelation feature.

You will need to connect the speaker to the audio output on CC30, and then select CC30 for both microphone and speaker in the audio setting on Skype®. Need more help? »» Contact us
CC30 work with Skype but not Skype for business. what should I do?
  1. Download and Install CaptureShare software
  2. Open CaptureShare and select the layout with one camera to see CC30's video
  3. Click the gear button on the top left corner of the window to open camera setting
  4. Select video output setting, and find H264 output option, then turn it off.
  5. Click Apply, then CC30 will automatically reboot to take effect.
  6. Close CaptureShare, and start to use Skype for business.
