Can I leave the microphone in the cradle on the Table Hub during a call?
It is not recommended to place the microphone anywhere on the Table Hub during a call. This is especially true if you are using the Table Hub‘s embedded speaker as an audio output. Placing the microphone on the Table Hub during a video conferencing session may result in unwanted echo/feedback.

Can I disable the echo cancellation feature?
If there is 3
rd party audio device is connected through Audio In, echo cancellation could be disabled at “MIC input source” option. Under “Settings”, “Video / Audio” and “Microphone” menu, choose “AUDIO IN without AEC” to disable echo cancellation. Using default MIC in is not able to disable echo cancellation.

Does SVC series support external speakers?
Yes, SVC series has a 3.5mm jack (audio output) on the back panel for connecting external speakers. It should be noted that when you connect external speakers to the system

Why isn’t there any audio during the call?
Check that the relevant microphones are not muted and/or adjust the volume of your speaker. If you have attached an external speaker, please check that it is properly connected to the system.
