Statement of 3-Year Standard Hardware and 2-Year Extended Warranty (3+2 Year Warranty)
EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD
AVer Information Inc. offers a 3-Year Standard Parts and Labor Warranty for the SVC, EVC, VC, VB, FONE, and CAM
series.You will receive an additional 2-Year Extended
Hardware Limited Warranty service after registering certain product(s) online. The total period of warranty coverage will then become 5 years. All of the terms set in the Statement of the Limited Warranty shall apply to any Extended Warranty. AVer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
*If the original 3-Year Warranty has ended, the product is no longer eligible to receive the additional 2-Year Warranty.

EXTENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD FOR PARTS
The Extended Warranty Period offer is only available when purchasing a new (not second-hand) AVer product(s) of certain AVer series including the:
*Accessories are provided a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
**AVer additional 2-Year Extended Warranty doesn’t apply to the USA (North/South America) and Japan regions.
EXTENT OF THE 2-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY
During the Extended Warranty period AVer continues to uphold the warranty that the AVer product(s) shall be free from defective material and workmanship.
If the product(s) does not function as warranted, due to defective materials or workmanship, contact the AVer
Technical Support Helpline.
When the extended warranty service involves the replacement of a product or part, subject to the applicable
laws, the replaced item(s) become property of AVer Information Inc.
Replacement products or parts may consist of a new or repaired item. The replacement item assumes the remaining
existing warranty period of the original product.
Remote Technical support is provided for the product(s) throughout its standard and extended warranty period.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THE WARRANTY
The Warranty shall not apply to products deemed defective by unreasonable use, accident, negligence, or modifications done other than by AVer’s authorized service technicians.
Services performed by AVer in rectifying damage or defect caused as a result of any of the excluded conditions shall be subject to additional charges for labor, transportation, and parts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Warranty Service or Replacement Program is not available to you if
the product you present for repair is:
Damaged beyond repair
In need of repair not included in the warranty service. (Periodic Maintenance and/or the repair or
replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.)
Modified or features attachments
Damaged by accidents or misuse
Used in unsuitable physical or operating environments
Damaged by third party products (E.g. Consumables)
Had maintenance performed by anyone other than AVer or an AVer Authorized Service provider
Operated beyond the limit of its duty cycle
Features products, components, parts, materials, software, or interfaces not furnished by AVer
