AVer upgrades visualizer offerings with the new AVerVision F17HD+

Taipei, Taiwan – July 30, 2014 – AVer announces the global launch of the AVerVision F17HD+ flexible arm visualizer (document camera). The AVerVision F17HD+ provides the smooth, clear images that teachers the world over have come to expect from AVer, with even greater ease of use than before.

The AVerVision F17HD+ boasts HDMI as well as VGA input and output, allowing users to view images in vivid full HD1080p, and switch to full HD images from other sources with just the flip of a switch. Its 5-megapixel camera is attached to AVer’s signature flexible gooseneck arm so objects can be viewed from nearly any angle, and with a shooting area 1.5 times larger than A3 even large picture books can easily fit into a single image. Saving lessons and demonstrations to an SD or SDHC card is hassle-free using AVer’s one-touch direct recording. When class is over the F17HD+’s camera head can be simply snapped onto its body, allowing easy handheld transport and space-efficient storage.

Teachers can use the AVerVision F17HD+ with AVer’s Sphere2 software and ClassSend app to make their classes even more exciting. Using Sphere2 teachers can send images from the F17HD+ to students’ devices, which can receive them using ClassSend. Students can then make notes on the images and send them back to the teacher to be shared with the whole class. Teachers can also use Sphere2 to upload images and recordings onto the Internet for students to access outside class.

With AVer’s high-quality visualizer hardware and innovative educational software teachers can make their classes even more engaging and educational than before, while saving time and effort. All told, AVer’s classroom solution is the perfect tool for unleashing the creativity of the whole classroom- teachers as well as students.
