Surveillance Division Racks up Award Number Four at ISC West, 2007

MILPITAS, CA - (April 1, 2007)
AVerMedia® Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of digital multimedia and presentation technology, announced today that the Surveillance Products Division secured its fourth award of the year at ISC West, 2007 in Las Vegas with the SDM Magazine Securing America Merit Award for Best Overall Website.

The SDM Securing America Awards is based on available marketing material and support from vendors to resellers and systems integrators designed to maximize selling and support effectiveness. Categories included best overall website, best product brochure, best training DVD, and more. The Best Overall Website category is an award given to the vendor who has designed their website to be easy to navigate, have extensive product and support information, as well as solutions, tips and industry related content designed to assist systems integrators in the selling and implementation of their products. AVerMedia and Honeywell were competing together for the Best Overall Website, and AVerMedia took away the Merit Award.

Previously this year, the AVerDigi SA6416 16-channel Surveillance DVR picked up three product innovation awards. The CES 2007 Innovations Design and Engineering Awards was presented at the 2007 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, NV. The IHTA Innovations Award in the Security & Safety category was presented at the IHTA show in Orlando, Florida in February. The NSCA innovations Award was presented at the NSCA show in Orlando, Florida in March.
